Eligibility is verified through GovX ID, a third-party identity verification provider.

The Community Discount:

  • Can be combined with Prism Loyalty Points
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional codes, store-wide sales, or limited-time offers unless explicitly stated
  • Is limited to one discount code per verified customer, per day
  • Is for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another person

Who Qualifies for the Community Discount?

Eligibility is determined and verified through GovX ID include:

  • U.S. Military & Veterans: Eligible active-duty service members and veterans of the U.S. military.
  • First Responders: Eligible law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMT/EMS personnel.
  • Military Families: Eligible spouses and dependents of service members.

Final eligibility and verification are determined by GovX ID.



How to Unlock Your Discount (4 Simple Steps)

  1. Select “Verify with GovX ID”: Look for the GovX ID verification option in your shopping cart.
  2. Verify Your Affiliation: Log in to your existing GovX ID account or follow the prompts to verify your eligibility.
  3. Receive Your Discount Code: Once verified, GovX ID will provide a single-use discount code.
  4. Apply Your Code at Checkout: Enter the code in the “Discount” field during checkout to apply your Community Discount. 

For future purchases: Log back in through GovX ID to generate a new eligible single-use discount code.



Discount & Stacking Rules

The Community Discount can be combined with eligible Prism Loyalty Points.

The Community Discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes, store-wide sales, or limited-time offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Usage Limit
One Community Discount code may be issued per verified customer, per day.

Personal Use Only
Community Discount codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the verified individual.

Eligible Products

Program Changes
