A modular bong is a bong made from interchangeable parts instead of one permanently connected piece. Prism’s modular bong system lets you mix and match compatible bases, mouthpieces, and percolators so you can change the size, style, and function of your glass bong over time.
Prism uses a proprietary Halo connector system that securely joins compatible bases, mouthpieces, and percolators. The threaded Halo and silicone gasket create an airtight, watertight seal, letting you swap, customize, and upgrade your bong over time. Check out our assembly video for a step-by-step guide.
The Prism MINI is our more compact modular bong system, ranging from 10.5” to 13.7” tall. Prism Classic single-stack bongs range from 13.7” to 17.8”, depending on the mouthpiece. MINI uses a 1.25” diameter mouthpiece, while Classic uses a larger 2” diameter mouthpiece for a more substantial feel.
No. Prism MINI and Prism Classic components are not interchangeable with each other. The MINI has a smaller radius, different-sized connecting threads and Halos, and uses a shorter downstem. MINI parts are designed to work with MINI glass, while Classic parts are designed for the Classic system.
Prism bong bases and standard mouthpieces are made from 7mm borosilicate glass. Percolators and bent mouthpieces are made from 5mm borosilicate glass, allowing for more intricate shaping and detail.
All of our bases take 14mm bowls except our Percolated Beaker Bases. Legacy Prism products may take 18mm bowls if your unsure of your joint size reach out to support@prismwaterpipes.com
Prism modular bongs come apart into individual glass components, making them easier to clean. Disassemble your setup, add your preferred bong cleaning solution to each glass piece, shake or soak as needed, then rinse thoroughly. All non-decaled Prism glass is dishwasher safe.
