How Are Prism Decals Applied?
Prism decals aren’t stickers or vinyl. The artwork is applied directly to the glass using a specialized decal-transfer process, then kiln-fired so the design bonds permanently to the surface.
During the process, the glass is cleaned, the decal is positioned by hand, and the finished piece is fired at a controlled temperature. This permanently fuses the design to the glass, creating a durable decorative finish that won’t peel off like a traditional sticker.
