Assembling your piece:
- Open the coupler so the lever is sticking straight out.
- Place the coupler over the bottom piece of glass with the lever in your hand and the coupler body in your other hand (we have found that if you are right handed have the stem/bowl face towards you, left handed have it face away and flip the hands in the rest of the directions below)
- Place the next piece of glass in the top section of the coupler
- Place your left hand around the coupler, and your right palm on the lever with your fingers on the grip that sticks out of the circular shaped coupler
- Hold tight with the left hand and push while using the finger grips to close the clamp.
- This should take some effort, but this tight grip is needed. Once the lever starts to move it becomes much easier.
- You’ll soon be a pro.

Returns:
We are so confident that you will love your bong that our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging for the piece’s protection.
To complete your return, please email us at support@prismwaterpipes.com and provide your order number with a statement that you wish to return your piece. We will provide you with a packing slip that you can use to return the goods.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Remember the glass needs to be unused.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
Returns Shipping:
Prism Water Pipes will cover all shipping.
