A modular/custom bong is a piece you can interchange different bases, percolators, and mouthpieces to create endless design options. Want a small sesh in the morning, but a big bong at night? Well a customizable bong allows you to set it up based on however you are feeling with ease. Pretty cool right??
The Prism custom bong uses a a threaded system to tightly secure each piece together. Check out of assembly video for more info.
Yes and no. If depends if you have the old clamp style setup verse the threaded Halo style. Each can only be interchangeable within their own system. However, once you purchase a certain system, you can intermix all of our glass types within that system.
Yes! It's best to stick with our fan favorites that we know are tried and true, but you may design something on our 3D builder to sell in your store.
Yes! We have an adaptor that links the Chill Steel Pipes base with our Percolators and Mouthpieces. Just ask your sales rep on how to purchase.
Prism takes all major debt and credit cards, checks, and ACH payments. We do not accept Paypal or Venmo.
The minimum order value for wholesale is $250.
Shipping Policy
If a piece in your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact support@prismwaterpipes.com with a description of the issue, along with photos and or videos, and your order number. You have 3 days upon receiving your order to report an issue. Once customer service has reviewed the issue, either a replacement or store credit will be provided.
Domestic (United States): Shipping is calculated at check out and is a flat rate of 7% of the total discounted value. The shipping is calculated from our location in Philadelphia, PA. Your shipping rate will depend on your proximity to our shop.
Canada/Mexico: $30 Flat Rate (USPS is typically 6 - 10 days to most of Canada/Mexico, including customs processing).
International: Price determined at checkout and covered by the customer. All shipments are sent USPS.
** Please note, for distro orders, a shipping invoice will be sent prior to the order being shipping since it will not be included in the original invoice. **
If you would like to change the requested address added during checkout, please contact support@prismwaterpipes.com with the revised address. If the package has already shipped, the customer must cover all fees related to the return of the package and then the reshipping.
Each setup will be packaged in a carboard box in its full assembled beautiful self wrapped in bubble wrap, and craft paper stuffed in all the voids to prevent any movement. Each box will be placed in a larger carton containing 9 setups per box.
Each setup box will be labeled with a sticker showing the MSRP, product items, and an image of the product.
If a pallet is order X number of box and items will be on it.
For standard carton orders, no signature is required. For pallet orders, a signature will be requested.
Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of order at the request of the carrier and are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged if an order is returned to our warehouse due to failure to pay required fees or is turned around at the border. Prism Waterpipes is not responsible for customs duties. For more information, please contact the designated carrier directly with your shipping and tracking information.
Return Policy
If you choose to return your item due to no longer wanting it or a change in heart, you will need to contact support@prismwaterpipes.com within 3 days of receiving the order and provide your order number along with a reason why you wish to return your item. The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused. If the item has been used, a return cannot be made. Prism also requires the customer pay for return shipping along with emailing the tracking number to support@prismwaterpipes.com. Prism is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. Once the order is received in good condition, the item will be evaluated, and a refund for the product will be provided if it meets Prism refund guidelines. Please note, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you are awaiting a refund, but haven’t received it yet, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@prismwaterpipes.com
If an item is missing from your order, please first double check all packaging. If you find it is still missing, please report within 3 days of receiving your order to support@prismwaterpipes.com. Please provide your order number and list the item(s) missing. Once customer service has confirmed, a replacement will be sent out without any additional costs.
If your package was never received or stolen from your doorstep and your tracking information says it has been delivered, You’ll need to file a claim with the shipping provider or submit a police report for stolen mail prior to Prism processes a replacement.
If you have received something other than what you have ordered, please contact support@prismwaterpipes.com within 3 days of receiving order listing your order number and a description of what was incorrect in your order. Once customer service has confirmed, a replacement will be sent out without any additional costs.
If you ordered an item and wish to make an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact support@prismwaterpipes.com and provide your order number and the piece you wish to exchange your original piece with. Once the new piece is purchased, you will then need to ship back the original item in its original packaging and unused. If the item has been used, a return cannot be made. Prism also requires the customer pay for return shipping along with emailing the tracking number to support@prismwaterpipes.com. Prism is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. Once the order is received in good condition, the item will be evaluated, and a refund for the product will be provided if it meets Prism exchange guidelines. Please note, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
However, we will cover the return shipping of your new piece if it is over $100 unless of course you choose to pay for priority shipping
A defect is anything that interferes with the intended function of the piece, including: cracks, leaks, wide restrictions, poorly-fitting joints, broken clamps, decals that flake or rub off, or have holes, blocked airflow, and unusual fragility (if you drop glass on the ground and it breaks, that is not a defect). All defects need to be reported within 7 days of receiving order. Please email support@prismwaterpipes.com and provide your order number and a description of the defect. Depending on the nature of the defect, either a replacement, discount, or store credit will be provided. Please note that all of our products are hand made so some minor aesthetic differences fall within our acceptable quality standards and will not be eligible for replacement or refunds.
