PLEASE NOTE: ALL SHIPPING TIMELINES ARE ONCE MANUFACTURING IS COMPLETE. MANUFACTURING IS TYPICALY 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE ON OUR HOME PAGE. 

SHIPPING RATES

Domestic (United States): Free for orders of more than $100. For free shipping, the least expensive option will be selected by Prism, typically taking 2-7 days for shipping depending on US region and box size. 

Priority Shipping: 2 - 3 business days depending on US region. Price is determined at checkout and covered by the customer. 

Canada/Mexico: $30 Flat Rate (USPS is typically 6 - 10 days to most of Canada/Mexico, including customs processing).

International: Price determined at checkout and covered by the customer. All shipments are sent USPS.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you would like to change the requested address added during checkout, please contactsupport@prismwaterpipes.com with the revised address. If the package has already shipped, the customer must cover all fees related to the return of the package and then the reshipping.

PRIVACY

Our shipping boxes are standard non-branded boxes for your privacy. This way, no one knows you're getting a cool new bong!

HOW WE PACKAGE YOUR GLASS

• Your setup will be packaged in its full assembled beautiful self wrapped in bubble wrap, and craft paper in all the voids to prevent any movement.

• Any smaller pieces like your bowl and downstem will be individually wrapped and tightly secured within the package to prevent them from moving and breaking.

• Your package will contain instructions on how to assemble your new bong.

• Lastly, be on the lookout for a little gift on us :)
