    About Prism Water Pipes

    Prism is the world's first build-a-bong company.  Our products are created with our customers in mind.  We set out with a simple goal, to design a better smoking device. We did this by creating a threaded glass system that is stackable, allowing it to be easily cleanable, customizable and portable.  We took it a step further and developed an online, digital bong-builder, that allows our customers to design their dream bong in real time.     The Position

    The Account Manager is a strongly motivated sales professional that hunts and farms accounts. This person is a true believer in the cannabis lifestyle and has a passion and understanding of the glass industry.  You will use your experience to reach out to wholesalers, headshops, smoking outlets and distributors to get our brand, products and accessories into the marketplace.  You will be representing one of the most unique products on the market during an exciting time of growth.


    Job Brief

    • Reach out to prospective accounts.

    • Maintain current accounts and increase volume.

    • Support clients with useful product and industry knowledge.

    • Keep clients up to date with new releases, product specials, and holiday promotions.

    • Promote the brand mission.

    • Take orders for products.

    • Provide creative approaches towards the selling process.

    • Createnew leads by cold calling and arranging meetings.

    • Take part in regular meetings with the sales team and sales managers.

    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

    • Juggle priorities using time management skills

    • Be a supportive leader and encourage a collaborative environment across teams.

    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales, and status reports.

    • Report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


    Requirements

    • 2+ years of proven work experience of as a sales representative.

    • 2+ years fielding inbound and outbound calls.

    • 2+ years in the cannabis and smoking accessories industry.

    • Account management and relationship building experience are preferred.

    • Punctuality 

    • Ability to travel in order to do business and reliable transportation.

    • Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets). 

    • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices- Specificallymonday.com app.

    • Self motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

    • Ability to build productive business relationships.

    • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

    • Time management and prioritization skills.

    • Organizational skills.

    • Ability to excel both individually and as a team player.

    • Openness to feedback and constructive criticism.


    Additional Desired Attributes

    • A current book of business and relationships with buyers, retailers, and wholesalers specifically in the North American Territory.

    • Knowledge of state and federal cannabis regulations.

    • A proven track record with other cannabis accessories companies.


    Compensation

    Commission Based

    • Opportunity to make $50,000-$100,000 or more as a top sales rep.

    • Up to 10% commission on each sale.

    • Uncapped commission earned on every invoice and repeat customers buying.

    • Bonus eligiblity.
